Taco Bout a Party!

Take your Taco Tuesday to the next level with these simple recipes and recommendations!

Taco Tinies

Won tons
½ block of cream cheese
Can of Rotel
Bag of frozen corn

Bake at 375 for 25 min until crunchy

Nacho Average Beef

1 lb Ground beef
½ block of cream cheese
Can of tomatoes
Add can of black beans to stretch further if additional guests crash the party

Fiesta Chicken

Shredded Chicken
Box of chicken broth
Dry ranch packet
Taco seasoning packet

Cooked on low for 8 hours
(Save a little juice to pour over top to freshen up)

Taco Shells

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Keep it simple with shells, or choose to set out chips, tortillas, or lettuce wraps to offer options.

Chips & Salsa Snack Board

So good you could serve this snack board alone or feature it in your Taco Night lineup!

I included hints of cilantro, red peppers, and small jalapenos to fill any empty space on my board.
