Halfway Homemade Watermelon Salsa

I saw that questioning look on your face when you read the title โ yes, WATERMELON salsa!
I know it sounds crazy, I was riding the skeptical train at first too. BUT itโs one of those miracle combos that just WORKS. Kind of like.. peanut butter and chili. Or apple slices and cheese. Mandarin oranges and chocolate. Sounds weird but makes taste buds do the tango! My Brady loves how the spicy is balanced by the sweet!
This family favorite recipe works out well even when prepared ahead of time because the flavors just make merry and marinate even more as it sits in the refrigerator. Therefore, itโs not a dish that you have to rush to throw together at the last minute and serve immediately = super convenient! Make it the night before or morning of your event and check it off your to-do list!
