Don’t destroy your kitchen this holiday if you don’t have to! This mouth-watering meal comes together on a sheet pan and makes Easter easy!
Start with a sliced Country Legend ham with pineapple tucked in-between. Second, add simple scalloped potatoes (mine are from a box!). Finish off this pan with a spread of bread sprinkled with olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and even a little parmesan cheese if you please!
For the additional veggie pan, I went for asparagus and carrots drizzled in olive oil and sprinkled with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Bake and enjoy!
