Loaded Burger Bowl

This is another meal prep base idea that you can customize to your liking! Brown your ground beef or turkey and season to your liking. Line the bottom of your bowl with your choice of lettuce. Add ground meat (pattied or crumbled, your call!) and other toppings as you prefer (keep it traditional with tomatoes, onions, pickles, etc or make it spicy with chopped jalapenos, red peppers, and onions, the toppings are up to you!) Drizzle with a sauce if youโ€™d like, and enjoy!
