No Fail Banana Bread

buttermilk

chopped walnuts

Instructions
Mix sugar and shortening together. Then add egg and bananas, then buttermilk. Stir in salt, baking soda, and flour. Gently fold in the nuts.
Grease 1 large bread pan or 4 small bread pans. Fill with batter and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
Notes
**Note: If you use small pans be sure to check the banana bread at 45 minutes.
