Rotisserie Chicken Pesto Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- bowtie pasta
- 1 jar roasted red peppers Buy the peppers that are already cut into strips to save yourself some time.
- 1 jar pesto
- 1 jar kalamata olives no pits
- 1 tub fresh mozzarella balls
Instructions
- First you get a rotisserie chicken and pull all the meat off the bone (light and dark). I feel like it’s easiest when the chicken is still a little warm but not hot.
- You also cook some bowtie pasta
- You’ll need a huge skillet and you just put your pesto, chicken, cooked pasta & drained peppers and olives in the skillet and heat thru- then add the cheese and let it get all melty and you’re done.
