How To Save/Print the Lookbook

To download the lookbook once you open the book there is a bar at the bottom with the print option (the printer icon).  It will open the print to/save as box.

If you would like to know when your subscription is going to automatically renew, please click “Edit Profile” from your Member Dashboard and navigate to the Subscriptions tab where you will see an expiration date for your subscription. The expiration date listed there is the date your subscription will renew. (times are listed in UTC)

Password: ****Password you set during sign up**** (Our support team does not have access to passwords but they can assist you in resetting your password.

You have an automatically recurring subscription that has one or more completed payment(s), but that was not successfully billed at your last payment due date. You do not need to renew your automatically recurring subscription. Rather you should just go to “Edit Profile” from your Member Dashboard > Subscriptions tab > and click the “update” link there. Doing that will take you to a page where you’ll be able to update your payment details. After doing that, your subscriptions will usually renew in a few business days.

No, once a subscription has been activated we can’t issue a refund. Our service is subscription-based and provides immediate access to our digital content once your subscription is activated. If you decide to cancel then no further payments will be charged to your payment source.

No, we offer subscription-based services, once your subscription expires you will not be able to access the member’s area.

Subscriptions expire at the end of the current month.

Example: Certified Celebrator Squad membership is for the current month it is purchased. If you purchased in any time in May on a quarterly, you would have an active subscription for May, June, and July. Any time of May on a monthly would be active for May only.

No, once the lookbook has been retired it can no longer be downloaded. If you did not download it while the issue was active you can contact us and request the issue be sent to you. Our team will verify the membership and approve or deny the request, usually within 24-48 business hours.

Loobooks retire after being posted for 3 months.  We highly encourage all active members to download current lookbook to their personal devices, so that they will continue to view and use them after they have retired or when the member is no longer an active subscriber.

  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
  5. Click the name of the merchant for the agreement you want to change.
  6. Click Change beside Backup Funding Source in the Funding Source section.
  7. Select the payment method you’d like to use and click Save.
