Chips & Salsa Snack Board

So good you could serve this snack board alone or feature it in your Taco Night lineup! I included hints of cilantro, red peppers, and small jalapeños to fill any empty space on my board.

Ingredients

Nacho Average Beef

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • ½ block cream cheese
  • 1 can tomatoes

Fiesta Chicken

  • Shredded Chicken
  • 1 box chicken broth
  • 1 packet Dry ranch
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning

Taco Shells

Instructions

Nacho Average Beef

  • Add can of black beans to stretch further if additional guests crash the party.

Fiesta Chicken

  • Cook on low for 8 hours Save a little juice to pour over top to freshen up.

Taco Shells

  • If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Keep it simple with shells, or choose to set out chips, tortillas, or lettuce wraps to offer options.
