After Party with Your Peeps
Greetings ghouls and goblins!
I wanted to share this idea for those of you needing a last minute sweet treat set up for Halloween! Even though something doesn’t take ages to think through and plan and prepare for, we can still be intentional about celebrating halloween by sharing the love with friends and family.
Remember when coming up with snacks and sweet treats for your fun time events that those items don’t necessarily have to be homemade! You know we are all about the Halfway Homemade around here! In fact, sometimes packaged items with a fun sticker is all you really need! Little pre-packaged treats can save a lot of time and still bless a lot of ppl!
We are planning a little After Party this Halloween! Once the kiddos have finished Trick-or-Treating, we want to pull people in from the neighborhood to celebrate Halloween with us! We’ve got a special spooky table set up as a treat bar! It will feature a variety donut tower with spider accents. (Can you say Pumpkin Spice Donuts?!?! Yeessss!!) Candies and cakes with a sweet sticker also make the perfect to-go snack for anyone that can’t stay and hang out.
I sometimes dream bigger than reality, but my vision for this is an atmosphere that creates community! After cruisin’ through the treat bar, we can migrate to the back patio where adults can carry on a conversation while the kids continue to play. It may get darker earlier, but the night doesn’t have to end!
Don’t forget your friends that don’t have kids that are trick-or-treat age! We still want to take this holiday opportunity to intentionally celebrate that friendship. The easiest, simplest, quickest best gift with a handle is hands-down the Crush Kit. Snag some Orange Crush Soda, a few seasonal orange snowballs or cupcakes, toss in a little set of cute paper straws and you’ve got a perfect family gift to go!
I would loooove to be your one stop shop for all things CELEBRATE this season! Please take a peek at my monthly digital magazine Celebrate with Sprinkles for more celebration inspiration!
