Perfectly Cooked Chicken

We tried Amy Hannon’s Perfectly Cooked Chicken for Casseroles and have to say it’s basically amazing!

Use a large stock pot and place Chicken Breasts in the bottom. Cover with water just to the top of the chicken. Add 1 teaspoon of salt for every breast.
Boil on high for 5 minutes.
Turn down to low for 1 hour.

Be prepared for the chicken to basically shred itself. It’s perfectly moist and salty! You’re going to flip.

Pull the chicken out and shred with 2 forks. Use it for any and all recipes!
