In honor of Dad’s Day, I’m sharing with you another Halfway Homemade homerun of an idea – Flavored Butters!! No, you do not need one of those old school churns, because these babies are only Halfway Homemade!

- ⅛ cup fresh dill or more depending on how dilly you like it
- 1 tsp minced garlic (I use the squirtable kind)
- 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 stick unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 stick butter room temperature
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1-2 tbsp freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 stick butter room temp
- 1/4 chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
