Fiesta like there’s no mañana in the comfort of your own casa! Celebrate Cinco de Mayo (or even just any Taco Tuesday!) with a simple little DIY door decor project!

Gather up the goods!

You’ll need a sombrero, flower embellishments, rick rack trim, and of course your handy dandy Surebonder glue gun! Adhere your ribbon or rick rack trim around the raised shell of the sombrero or around the rim, wherever you think it looks best!! (Tip: I love my dual-temp glue gun so for projects that I need to press into, like the ribbon or rick rack, I can use the low setting to prevent burning my fingers! Such a plus!) Attach the florals in an arrangement that pleases and pops. Then flip it over to add a ribbon on the interior side of the hat which helps you hang it up!

I adore these bright bracelets for any fun fiesta!

Is it just me or do Spring crafts spark a little extra creativity?!? We decided to whip out some paint and paintbrushes to create these beaded carrots. Not only are they simply adorable displayed in a basket on the foyer table! But they can also be used as dining room table setting accents or charms hung from Easter baskets or gifts! Your local craft store will carry an assortment of wooden beads, make sure they have holes drilled through the center, orange paint of your choice and we used faux greenery to complete the carrot! The most important element of this craft is hot glue and we always use our favorite glue gun and gluesticks from Surebonder. We dabbed a small amount of hot glue in between each bead and secured the faux greenery at the top of the carrot with a good amount of hot glue.
